A country home that welcomes you

In the Maltineddu area, just outside Palau, there is a house that doesn’t simply sit in the countryside: it lives in it, breathes it, and lets it flow in through every window. It’s independent, surrounded by more than two hectares of land that protect it and make it peaceful, yet never isolated.

As soon as you step inside, the space opens into one large, bright room. Light arrives from every side and settles over the living area, the lounge, and the central fireplace that seems to hold the whole house together. The kitchen is huge, completely open, and the large window in front of the worktop offers a constant view of greenery, like a painting that changes with the seasons.

On the main floor there is also a bathroom and a spacious veranda, where the barbecue area becomes the natural extension of the house on quieter days.

A few steps up, you enter the sleeping area: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace overlooking the countryside from above, with that sense of peace only certain places can give.

The semi‑basement floor, connected internally, is a world of its own: a large garage and a storage room now transformed into an apartment with its own independent entrance. It is completely insulated from the ground, making it dry, healthy, and perfect to be lived in without compromise.
